Tell the guest that stun guns will destroy the nano-bots and the implants.
Get one that's over 100,000 volts and zap yourself on different sections of your body - preferably over the areas that contain the implants.
The nano-bots are a bit different, and you'll have to hit as much of your body as quickly as you can, for as long as you can take it.
